Do you offer click and collect? What time can I collect my order?

Yes, we offer click and collect from our residential address in Cliftleigh, NSW (located near Kurri Kurri, NSW).

Our collection times are from 5:30pm-6:30pm, 7 Days a week. We can also arrange for collection in Warners Bay on Wednesday. Please contact us to organise this.

What is your shipping time?

We aim to dispatch our order within 48 hours from the time your order is received. Sometimes if we need to bake part of your order this will be slightly longer, but no longer than 3 days.

Who is your shipping courier?

All of our orders are sent with Australia Post. We provide tracking numbers for all our orders.

What is your return policy?

We offer 30 day returns on all non perishable items (non food items). All items must be returned in their original packaging. We must receive the items back with in 30 days of purchase. Please send your items back with a tracking number for us to track the shipment. Once we have received your items back we will process your refund or exchange.

What is your Taste Guarantee?

We are so confident that your dog will love their new treats that if your dog won't eat them simply contact us to arrange for an exchange for a different treat. All we ask of you is to send us back the treats that your dog won't eat (packet can be opened but must be almost full) and we will send you an exchange for another treat of approximately the same value.

PLEASE NOTE this does not apply to our cakes and baked items (birthday cakes and cookies).
